Quintain has set up the first limited partnership to invest in the pub sector. Hermes Property Asset Management and Bank of Scotland have joined the company as co-investors in the fund called Quart. Hermes will provide 75% of the 18.9m of equity, with Quintain and Bank of Scotland each holding just over 12%.
