Article suggests that annual growth in prime retail warehouse rental values continues to slow, showing a 7.5% per annum growth for the year to last month - the lowest figure for two years. Also compares the performance of large versus small warehouses. Small retail warehouses of around 1 000 sq m continue to show the fastest growth of any UK sector while the steepest drop was shown by larger units of around 3 500 sq m. Regional variations show strongest rental value growth to be shown by retail warehouses in the North while Scotland remains the worst performing region in terms of retail rental growth.
