The Agriculture and Environment Biotechnology Commission (AEBC) has published proposals for a public debate on the possibility of commercialising GM crops in the UK. The proposals follow the AEBC report "Crops on trial" about the Farm-Scale Evaluations (FSE) published in September 2001.
