The Awarding Body for the Built Environment (ABBE) is undertaking DTLR funded research into how the new qualification for Home Condition Inspectors - a Vocationally Related Qualification (VRQ) - could be assessed. The qualification will be required if the Seller's Pack legislation goes ahead in its current form and introduces Home Condition Reports.
