Questions if, when adjudicator's decision comprises several conclusions, they all count as binding decisions, or are they reasons. Adjudicator urged to consider carefully if notice of adjudication lists number of disputed matters, whether there is one dispute of several, and if they have jurisdiction over them all. One dispute with different facets should have only one decision, and remainder are reasons. If several disputes, and rules permit, several decisions can be binding until revisited in arbitration or litigation.
