Assessment of "Wicketts and Sterndale v Brine Builders" 2001, unreported, which is significant relating to manner in which arbitrators conduct proceedings, removal of arbitrators, orders for security for costs, peremptory orders, adjustment of fees of removed arbitrator, waiver, and extent to which arbitrator should be liable for costs of judicial proceedings relating to his conduct. Arbitrator was removed after doubts of arbitrators competence, after accused by claimant of allowing costs to escalate.
