Firstly, the position where the party in liquidation seeks to enforce an adjudicator's decision by summary judgment; secondly, the position where an impecunious or insolvent party, not in liquidation, enforces an adjudicator's decision by summary judgment and circumstances in which a stay of execution may be granted by the court giving summary judgment; thirdly, the issue of statutory demand as alternative to adjudication for certain debt claims; fourthly, the issue of statutory demand by summary judgment, and fifthly, where a party seeks to commence adjudication against the insolvent party in administration.
