Housing Minister, Lord Falconer, has announced his intention to attend the meetings of the newly established Tenant Sounding Board. Council and housing association tenants will be able to air their views and influence housing policy. The Sounding Board will meet three times a year to discuss key housing issues. Lord Falconer also launched the new guidance on using Tenant Participation Compacts.
