New internet marketing guidelines

Property portals and representatives of the estate agency profession have now signed up to the Best Practice Guidelines for Professional Estate Agents and Property Portal Websites launched in October 2001. This has been developed to build the confidence of homeowners and sellers to do business over the internet. RICS and Association of Residential Letting Agents have pledged support for the scheme which was set up by the National Association of Estate Agents.
