Dr John Roberts, one of Britain's top structural engineers has warned that the cost of construction of tall buildings is likely to escalate as a result of the terrorist attacks on New York. This is mentioned after the publication of the US governments's official report into the performance of buildings at the WTC site. Structural costs are likely to rise by 10%.
