OEA scheme and association members - 2002 - Negotiator 17(6) 10 May 2002, 3(1) .

Organisations such as the National Association for Estate Agents and RICS are being urged to make membership of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents mandatory for their own members. This follows many complaints against agents most of which were not members of the OEA. In fact only just over one third of UK estate agents are part of the scheme.
