Transparency International's "Bribe Payers Index 2002" reveals that construction is the most corrupt industry in the world scoring just 1.3 out of 10. The survey by the global anti-corruption organisation gives 17 industries and 21 exporting countries marks out of 10 for levels of corruption, with 10 being the least corrupt.
