No sign of slowing down
- 2002
- RICS Press Release (pr059) 20 May 2002, (2) .
The housing market is showing no signs of slowing down as house prices continue to rise according to the latest RICS housing market survey for England and Wales for the three month period to the end of April. Most RICS contributors reported increases of between 2-5%. The on-going shortage of suitable properties coming onto the market is helping to fuel the continuing price increases. http://www.rics.org/ricscms/bin/show?class=PressRelease&template=/includes/showpr.html&id=737
