"UCB Group Ltd v Hedworth" CA 24 May 2002. U appealed agianst the refusal of the HC to allow a claim for vacation contesting H's overriding interest. CA allowed appeal on the grounds that H's beneficial interest did not fall within the definition of the Land Registration Act 1925 S3(8).
