ChD 11 February 2002. By the rent review clause of the sublease between the parties, the lessor granted to the claimant ' the remainder of a term of 125 years from 21 December 1960. The "redendum" provided for the rents payable during the first and second 40 years of the term. The issue that arose was in establishing the date of the first rent review and the identification of the 'said term'. At arbitration, it was found that the said term commenced on 21 December 2002. The appellant appealed. "Held" the appeal was allowed.
