- 2002
- RICS Press Release (pr088) 18 July 2002, (2) .
Continued shortage of houses on the market has pushed prices up again with the growth rate hitting the highest level for two and a half years according to the latest RICS housing market survey for England and Wales - three months to June 2002. Number of houses on agents' books has fallen for the fifth consecutive month. Price inflation showed no sign of slowing but many contributors reported a slowdown in enquiries from new buyers.
