Latest status report on the economy and activity in the commercial, residential property and construction markets. Shows improved manufacturing output but stock market decline to lowest level in more than five years and unchanged interest rates. Construction market output has risen sharply without triggering significant price pressures. Commercial property displayed slightly weaker market conditions and price buoyancy remains in the residential property sector with some indication of cooling buyer activity.
