Looks at the problems with existing residential leasehold and explains how the leasehold reform provisions will give more power back to the leaseholder. Suggests there is a noticeable lack of leasehold expertise in surveying practices and urges practitioners to get up to speed on the new legislation and take advantage of new business opportunities.
