According to Jones Lang LaSalle's latest research, capital growth, which has driven the UK's property performance, is going to slow down. JLL's quarterly property index for Q2 shows an all-property return of 4%. Equity returns fell 11% over the quarter to June while capital growth of 2.2% was the driver of returns said JLL.
