European Commission announces that Scottish farmers whose forage area has been affected by flooding can use land set aside under the 2002 Arable Area Payments Scheme to feed and shelter their livestock. The derogation covers the whole of Scotland and applies to farms on which at least 33% of the forage land delared in the Area Aid Application has been subject to flooding.
