Government has confirmed the abolition of Ryde's Scale in its response to the planning green paper and a consultation draft of the revised circular on compulsory purchase orders (CPOs) which will replace DoE Circular 14/94. It is understood that claims settled before the 18 July will have proceeded with fees calculated in accordance with Ryde's Scale, unless this would not be a reasonable calculation.
