The Land Registry is inviting comments on news rules to support the Land Registration Act 2002. The new rules cover the following: Land Registry forms, including a prescribed form of lease of registered land; abolition of land and charge certificates and the supply of registered land information. Following Royal Assent on 26 February 2002, the Act and the new rules are due to come into force 13 October 2003.
