The CB Hillier Parker Rent Index for Q3 2002 shows that Central London rental values fell by an average 3% in the three months to August for the 4th consecutive quarter. The City has been most affected where tenant demand is weak in the wake of ongoing global equity market instability. Rents are now 11% lower than 12 months ago.
