CBI vote of no confidence on regions - 2002 - CBI News Release 30 September 2002, (4) .

The CBI has warned government that its members have given 'a vote of no confidence' on government plans to develop the English regions. A CBI report says that the new assemblies will take power from councils; it also praises the role of counties in local government.
