Housebuilders call for architects' advice - 2002 - Building Design (1552) 18 October 2002, 5(1) .

Up to 72 of Britain's house building companies will invite architects to tell them how to redesign their off-the-peg homes. This is after the House Builders Federation invited pressure group Design for Homes to make its database of architects available to the federation's members. Design for Homes believes that the scheme's advantages include commissions for the architects and better designed housing.
