Government publishes SI 2002:2615 (W.253)(C.82) bringing into force on 1 November 2002 certain provisions of Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000. Main requirement is that every local highway authority should prepare and publish a plan within five years of coming into force of s60, and to review plan at intervals of not more than 10 years.
