The fifth edition (2002) of the British Property Federation (BPF) / Investment Property Databank annual lease review has been published. The review draws on detailed evidence of over 88 000 tenancies. It gives a full analysis of lease lengths, break clauses, review cycles, rent free periods and income profiles.
