The proposed reforms of corporation tax would undermine the government's regeneration agenda according to the British Property Federation (BPF). BPF's response to the Inland Revenue's consultation paper is critical of proposals to scrap capital allowances. Quoted property companies would be taxed on unrealised gains for the first time.
