RICS written response to the new rules consultation paper focuses on form L1 as potential standard lease, support for a statutory right to inspect title registers, making mandatory the property characteristics section in forms AP1/FR1, greater flexibility in the level of accuracy sought in form DB and extending the period of time for objecting to an application to determine an exact line of a boundary.
