'Planning permission' was defined as grant of permission 'following a planning appeal or appeal on behalf of the purchaser'. The purchaser assigned rights and assignee obtained planning permission. Raises question of whether vendor is bound by agreement to complete transfer of land and whether purchaser as defined in agreement included assignment.
