The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) is launching a new scheme for businesses and agents to simplify the provision of statutory rental information on their properties. The Multiple Electronic Rental Information (MERI) system will enable ratepayers and their representatives to supply rental information electronically and for multiple properties to be included in one file.
