An application for a judicial review of a decision by SoS Transport to exclude Gatwick Airport from a consultation document "Future development of air transport in the United Kingdom: South East" was allowed on the grounds that its exclusion was irrational, "Wednesbury" unreasonable, and failed to take material conservation obligations into consideration with regard to one of the alternative sites considered.
