According to Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in its retail "OSCAR", the annual service charge report, retailers in shopping centres are facing the biggest increase in service charges for five years. The report reveals that services charges have risen by 4.5% in the last 12 months from £35 63 to £37 24 per sq m.
