Looks at a new digital mapping commercial programme "NEXTMap Britain" which aims to record all of Great Britain, using over 8bn individual high-accuracy elevation points, and over 129bn individual high-resolution image pixels of orthorectified imagery. The system is based in a learjet, and is available on subscription in digital or hardcopy form.
