Appeal, against decision to dismiss claim by C that Y had been negligent in survey report and valuation of a restaurant (see ABS50743) contended that there were errors in Y`s valuation. Appeal dismissed, it was not enough to show that there were errors at some stages of the valuation, unless they could also show that the final valuation was wrong.
