"RICS commercial market survey - England and Wales" for the fourth quarter 2002 shows a further slump in the UK commercial property market. The office market has suffered most with 47% more surveyors reporting a fall in demand than a rise. A slight upturn in the retail sector is noted. The survey also highlights a significant increase in incentives and inducements offered to tenants.
