[2002] EWHC 2116 (ChD) 17 October 2002. Debated the application and interpretation of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 Sched 2 para 6. The SoS Defence (D) had appealed against an earlier hearing where it was decided that D's contention that the incorporation of additional land into an agricultural holding tenancy was not a provision 'for adjustment of the boundaries of the holding' under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 Sched 2 para 6. As a result of this appeal it was held that it was a provision 'for any other variation of the terms of the tenancy' under the same paragraph.
