The latest Investment Property Forum/Estates Gazette quarterly survey of independent forecasts predicts that property returns will only reach 6% in 2003 and that rents will be down 2% on last year. Predictions for 2004 are more optimistic with total returns of 7.9%. Graphs and table giving rental growth, capital growth and total return.
