The latest RICS housing market survey for England and Wales for three months to January 2003 reveals a small decrease in house prices in London and southeast England, prompted by a general economic slowdown and fears of war. Prices remain static across the Midlands, East Anglia and southwest England, although continue to rise across northern England and Wales.
