Explains how the Land Terrier system, created to co-ordinate the property data required for the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, can help the property industry comply with the Land Registration Act 2003. The Land Terrier system uses a number of data processing software packages such as Geomedia Professional and an Oracle database to store all information about a property. It has also been designed to accept data from electronic property details downloaded from HM Land Registry.
