European house inflation slows - 2003 - RICS Press Release (pr011) 26 February 2003 (2) .

RICS has published the latest "European housing market review" which reports that with the exception of Spain, Greece and the UK, many European countries have seen house price growth slow down. It also highlights that Europeans are becoming more likely to own their own homes and the rented sector is shrinking.
