Review of the recently introduced minimum educational requirements appropriate to the field for new members of the European Council of Real Estate Professionals. These will be met by a post-secondary education course, normally lasting three years. Lists the requirements of the initiative which would be recognisable to practising estate agents in the UK. A similar scheme could be adopted in the UK.
