PKF has published it's latest "PKF SME Index" which reports that the fourth quarter of 2002 saw business activity in the small and medium-sized enterprise construction sector reach its highest level since the height of the boom in 2001. The index is compiled from a survey of 800 SMEs in the manufacturing, construction and service sectors. Table.
