Summarises the benefits and what is covered by the Code. Outlines grounds for possession available to the landlord under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 s30(1). Argues that the Code's powers are rarely exercised relying on goodwill between landlords and telecommunication operators. The Communications Bill once it becomes law, will change the way telecoms operators apply the code. The RICS Telecoms Forum, which seeks to promote good practice within the telecoms property sector, runs a CPD/seminar programme and keeps members up to date through newsletters
