A deal has been struck to create the world'd biggest broker with the takeover of Insignia Financial Group by CB Richard Ellis. CBRE already owns CB Hillier Parker in the UK, making it the largest in the UK and causing concern that conflicts over valuation will drive clients to rival and also create duplication in the UK and Europe.
