The Institute of Management Consultancy has recently developed the Certified Management Consultant CMC qualification into a new broader framework to define the knowledge,skills and behaviours of the fully competent management consultant. It sets out a standard for those within the profession and can be used as a benchmark for clients in developing their expectations of consultants.
