Housing Corporation's investment budget is announced. This will include funding for £20 645 homes with an additional 8 000 homes produced by the Challenge Fund. A quarter of the Housing Corporation's investment budget will be directed to off-site manufactured homes with techniques used such as timber frames and modular units.
