Details of a survey carried out to assess the support for the new congestion charge in London. Shows that 74% of those questioned thought the charge had worked with only 3% thinking it had not. The impact on business overall was generally positive with only a minority of 5% reporting a negative impact with the majority thinking the charge had no overall impact on their business.
