- RICS Press Release (021) 20 March 2003, (2) .
Common Agricultural Policy reform may find farmers who had entered schemes committing themselves to environmentally friendly farming unjustly penalised.Farmers entering into these schemes will miss out on the new 'broad and shallow' schemes, where they could be subsidised as an incentive to use green farming methods and they will also miss out on the Single Farm Payment proposed in the reform.
