The Land Registry's mandate to introduce e-conveyancing in England and Wales has been endorsed by the publication of their e-conveyancing consultation report. The report shows that a majority of property professionals and the general public would welcome reform of the property buying and selling process. RICS welcomes members comments on this consultation.
